About Pu'er
Pu'er (or Pu-erh) is a fermented dark tea from Yunnan province, prized worldwide for its complexity and reputed health benefits. Rather than the bitterness of most aged teas, its taste is better likened to a deep breath of fresh air in a springtime pine forest after heavy rain.
